Items ordered may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Any returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. All returns will be inspected within 7 days of delivery and you will be advised of the acceptance or rejection of the return. If accepted, a refund will be processed within 14 days to the original means of payment.

Returns carriage will be at the sender's expense.

Faulty products will be refunded in full.

Non faulty products will incur a restocking fee of 7.5% which will be decucted from the refund.

Returns are not accepted for opened ink or cleaner cartridges or used printers unless faulty.
